Thermarator insulation, DWR coating
The outer layer of durable polyester is additionally covered with a DWR coating, which protects against moisture and light rain. The synthetic Thermarator insulation, made from recycled polyester, provides protection against cold and high breathability. Quilting evenly distributes the filling.
Omni-Heat Thermal Reflective and Omni-Shield technology
The lining utilizes Omni-Heat Thermal Reflective technology, working by reflecting heat generated by the body through silver dots, helping retain it under the jacket. This method effectively wicks moisture to the surface, which is crucial during intense outdoor activities.
Innovative Omni-Shield technology causes the fabric to dry 3 to 5 times faster as it does not absorb moisture. As a result, the jacket remains lightweight even when wet, and it is resistant to water, stains, and external factors up to a temperature of 76 deg.C.
Zipper, elastic drawstrings
The Fivemile Butte II Hooded model is equipped with a zipper. The integrated hood and high collar effectively protect the head and neck from moisture and strong wind. Drawstrings at the hip height and partially elastic cuffs help maintain the desired temperature.
