Omni-Grip LT sole is a slip-resistant sole (outsole and midsole) used in Columbia footwear, which is a lighter version of the standard Omni-Grip sole, due to special drainage holes in its construction. These holes run from the inside to the outside of the shoe, allowing for efficient moisture wicking. The molded tread with more rubber with micro-grooves provides high grip and stability, as well as an adequate level of traction on various surfaces.
