A throwing axe designed by Dave Boker, who was inspired to create this model by an ancient weapon called the Hurlbat.

It was made from a single piece of 1065 carbon steel and coated with a special black protective coating to eliminate the process of scratching the surface when throwing, as well as to protect it from corrosion.

The tapered handle, proper balance and star-like design make the axe easy and accurate to throw even at long distances.

Small, but very powerful! I bought it just out of curiosity, but as soon as I unpacked it, I threw it from a distance of about 15–17 meters at the barn door. Since it was getting dark, I lost sight of the hatchet, but I heard it hit the concrete floor inside. I thought I had hit a gap between the boards, but it turned out the hatchet cut straight through the board without any problem. Make sure you have a solid target!
