These insole are true to size when it comes to the length however they are very narrow in some parts, so the fit is only good for some narrow fitting boots/shoes. The insoles are not as thick as I was expecting, very thin, they are comfy but I do not expect them to last long. For the price they are not bad but if you want quality then pay more for a different insole.
Coccine Winter Merino Wool Shoe Insoles
Warm insoles made of merino wool provide effective protection against the cold on chilly days. Natural Merino sheep wool retains warmth inside footwear even at low temperatures. The body-friendly material, with thermoactive and breathable properties, helps regulate temperature, minimizing the risk of overheating and excessive moisture inside the shoes. The reinforcing bottom layer offers cushioning and flexibility, insulates, and prevents slipping, reducing foot fatigue and increasing comfort while walking.
Merino wool
The top layer of the insoles is made of 100% Merino wool, a soft fiber with a fine structure and high elasticity, creating an insulating layer that retains warmth inside the footwear. The material effectively wicks moisture and limits heat loss, supporting thermal comfort. Merino fibers have antibacterial and antistatic properties, which limit the growth of microorganisms and the formation of unpleasant odors, affecting long-term wearing comfort.

Unfortunately, the sizing of these insoles is so unusual that it is difficult to fit them properly without trying them on. Following the advice of other buyers, I ordered a larger size for my wife, but they still turned out to be unsuitable. The shape of the insoles makes it impossible to trim them, which makes the product quite troublesome.
-
The insoles are not very durable – the rubber layer that is supposed to provide grip wears off quickly, and it's already noticeable after a week. Additionally, the sizes are smaller than standard. Nevertheless, they offer good insulation and keep your feet warm, so I give them 3 stars.

Coccine Winter Merino Wool insoles work great in winter – they provide plenty of warmth and your feet don’t sweat in them. I recommend them because they are quite affordable and improve the comfort of wearing shoes.
-
The insoles are really high quality. I agree with the reviews that it's worth buying one size larger – that's what I did and they fit almost perfectly (although a larger size probably wouldn't fit without trimming). They absorb moisture very well and provide warmth even at subzero temperatures outside.

The insoles are of great quality. They are thick and soft, which means they not only provide good insulation against the cold, but also offer extra cushioning. Using winter shoes has become much more comfortable. The insoles are durable and don't absorb odors like traditional ones. I recommend them because they are affordably priced and provide a lot of comfort.

I bought these insoles for my wife because she always had cold feet – the problem disappeared. The insoles are thick and fluffy, so besides warmth, they also offer decent cushioning. They definitely improve the comfort of wearing winter shoes. They are durable and don't absorb odors like regular insoles. I recommend them because they're affordable and really comfortable.

The insoles are very good, thick and soft; they provide not only warmth but also good cushioning. The comfort of wearing winter shoes has definitely improved. They are durable and don't take on odors like regular insoles. I recommend them; they're inexpensive and comfortable.

Coccine is a reliable brand, the best in its price range. They make solid products – the merino insoles really keep you warm, but for me it's more important that they significantly improve moisture wicking in the shoe. Even if it's too warm, your feet stay dry.
-
Very comfortable and very warm, they make shoes cope with the cold even five degrees better. The sizing is a bit overstated, so it's better to order a bigger size.

Warm insoles, perfect for turning your mid-season shoes into winter footwear. As others have written, it's worth choosing a size up. For example, with Lowa Zephyr GTX MID MK2 shoes in size 44 1/2 (28.1 cm), the best-fitting insole was size 44 (28.5 cm), not 43 as I thought.

Very good insoles from Cococina, quite warm, merino performs its role, but I have the impression that insoles made of sheep's wool warm a little better, although they wear out faster. These, however, are more durable.
-
Great insoles for winter. After last year's experience, this time I bought them earlier for another pair of shoes. However, you need to wear them for a while so they fit your foot. I recommend them.
-
The insoles seem fine, but I'm deducting one star for the sizing. You definitely need to order a size up, and for trekking shoes even two sizes up. It's a pity because where they were underfoot, they provided a lot of comfort.
-
Warm and pleasant underfoot. They should work well even in winter. The edge finish is a bit too stiff, and the sizing doesn't completely match the chart – they're a bit too small.
