Celestron Trailseeker 80 Observation telescope - anglescope

An observation telescope featuring superior optics. The objective lens, with an 80mm diameter, is crafted from low dispersion BaK-4 glass. The lenses are treated with XLT(Fully Multi-Coated) multilayer anti-reflective coatings, ensuring excellent light transmission for a vivid image with high contrast. Notably, it offers a wide field of view at a minimum magnification of 20x and reaches a maximum magnification of 60x.

The design incorporates numerous practical features, including a microfocuser that allows for precise focusing. A retractable sunshade is also included, enhancing image contrast when viewing against the light.

The telescope in the angled version comes with an eyepiece angled at 45 degrees to the telescope's axis, making it perfect for tripod use. The tripod mount is designed to allow the telescope to rotate around its axis within the mount, without needing to reposition the tripod.

Another advantage of this model is the capability to swap out the eyepiece and use fixed-focus astronomical eyepieces with the 1.25" mounting standard.

The waterproof housing provides moisture resistance, and nitrogen filling prevents internal lens fogging. The rubberized housing ensures a secure grip.
