Celestron AstroFi 6" SCT Telescope

The telescope features Schmidt-Cassegrain optics enclosed in a 6-inch compact tube. With an aperture of 150mm and a focal length of 1500mm, the maximum usable magnification is 225x.This allows astronomical observations of craters on the Moon, the rings of Saturn, the Great Red Spot on Jupiter, the Orion Nebula, the Hercules globular cluster and many other objects of the Solar System.

The device iscontrolled by an app that can be installed on a tablet or smartphone. The telescope automatically positions itself on the object indicated in the app and tracks its movement. The telescope uses 3tracking speeds: stellar, solar and lunar.The rotation speed is up to 3°/sec.

An adjustable aluminum tripod is responsible for adjusting the telescope's height.

The included adapter allows you to capture images of astronomical objects with your smartphone.
