Training tourniquet of the CAT type, utilized by emergency services, law enforcement, military, and fire departments. It is employed to practice halting bleeding from severely injured limb areas or limb stumps in amputation scenarios where a traditional tourniquet is insufficient.
Fully adjustable to fit any arm or leg size. Fastens securely with a robust Velcro strap and includes a plastic 'restraint'. The interior side is lined with soft material to safeguard the skin from abrasion. A white fabric piece is sewn onto the restraint lock to log the time the pressure was applied.
Crafted for rapid application to both upper and lower limbs, even by the injured person single-handedly.
