The primary mirror, featuring a 76 mm diameter and a focal length of 300 mm, supports observing with magnification levels ranging from 15x to 37.5x. The set comes with two Huygens eyepieces to choose the suitable magnification based on the target of observation:
- 20 mm – magnifies at 15x
- 8 mm – magnifies at 37.5x
A lens speed of f/3.9, coupled with resolutions of 1.8“ (Rayleigh) and 1.5” (Dawes), facilitates effortless views of the lunar surface, planets, and select deep-sky objects. The telescope has a star magnitude limit of 16.9 mag.
