We bought this backpack as a gift for a friend, and he speaks very highly of it, especially because of its large capacity and solid construction. We often go into the woods, and it holds up well against rubbing on branches and being thrown on the ground. The wide hip belt provides comfort, and the webbing on it lets you attach a bottle pocket, an extra pouch, or a first-aid kit, so everything is easy to access. The shoulder straps are quite comfortable. The interior could be designed better — a different finish and more pockets would be useful — but overall, the backpack performs well.

This is a really interesting backpack – it's very roomy and, at the same time, when it isn't packed all the way, it's also comfortable to carry. A big advantage is the stiffened back and an additional, expandable lower compartment. As someone mentioned earlier – when packing quickly and adjusting the straps, it’s not the best. However, the backpack will be great for planned trips or hikes. It’s spacious, though the openings are a bit small, but still, for a one-day ASG trip, it served its purpose. It fit all the equipment, including a vest with inserts, a change of clothes, and a helmet. The back stiffening is definitely a plus at this price. Personally, I miss a dedicated compartment for a rifle.

I recommend this backpack – it is spacious and has many pockets. I tested it on a trip to the forest with an overnight stay. The only drawback is the bottom pocket, which has too small an opening when opened, and it would be more convenient if the zipper opened all around.

The best backpack in this price category.
