It all depends on how much you want to spend. The binoculars are light and comfortable to use. I haven't checked their water resistance. The housing is covered with soft, pleasant rubber, and the optics have multi-layer anti-reflective coatings. I recommend buying!
Bushnell PowerView 2.0 16x32 Binoculars
Binoculars built by Bushnell, a recognized and esteemed American optics manufacturer. Equipped with 16x magnification and a 32 mm objective lens.
Anti-reflective coatings
Optics coated with a Multi Coated multi-layer coating that minimizes light reflections, making the images seen bright, clear, and full of life. Smooth focus adjustment is enabled by a knob located in the central part of the binoculars.
Aluminum housing, folding design
The binocular body is made of aluminum, covered with a special rubber coating that ensures a solid and secure grip. The aluminum structure provides good strength and durability in various conditions. Additionally, it eliminates the often uneven weight distribution typical of plastic binoculars.
All the optical elements of the binoculars are housed in durable tubes connected by a bridge. The tubes are mounted on hinges, allowing them to fold and be carried in a pocket, small bag, or backpack.

A handy and compact binocular with good magnification. When folded and stored in the case, it easily fits in the side pocket of camo pants. The neck strap for hanging the binoculars is also practical.
-
Nice and lightweight binoculars, but 16x magnification is a bit too much for urban walks—with such zoom, you need to stabilize them well so the image doesn't shake. Additionally, the 32 mm objective lens doesn't provide a very bright image at such magnification, so it may be dark in the evenings.
-
The binoculars are carefully made and look elegant. They offer good magnification for their small size. The drawbacks are the lack of lens covers and short eye cups for the eyepieces.
-
The binoculars encourage you to look through them every now and then. I rate the housing 4+ (it lacks lens covers). I like the image quality. During the day it's excellent, on cloudy days there's less light but still okay, but at night the image is weak unless you're looking at bright neon signs. The device gives a sense of power despite its small size. It's small, but not tiny—it fits well in my large hand. The image shakes a bit, but you can get used to it. The binoculars are rather suitable for short observations than for longer tracking.

The binoculars are small and lightweight. The magnification is high, but with such a lens diameter, the image becomes darker. However, with good visibility, they are suitable for observation.
