Bushnell Engage 10x50 Roof Binoculars
The binoculars from the Bushnell Engage series offer a fixed magnification of 10x and an objective lens diameter of 50 mm. Thanks to modern technologies, this model enables obtaining images with very high resolution and contrast as well as a wide field of view. Adjustable eyecups and diopter correction provide comfort during long observations and the ability to adapt to individual needs.
BaK-4 glass, anti-reflective coatings
The binoculars use prisms made of high-quality BaK-4 optical glass, which provides a bright and clear image. The optical system is complemented by lenses made of ED glass (Extra-low Dispersion) characterized by a low light dispersion coefficient. This ensures that the image stands out with exceptional resolution and contrast, with chromatic aberration virtually eliminated. All air-glass boundary surfaces are coated with FMC anti-reflective coatings (Fully Multi-Coated) and a special UWB coating (Ultra Wide Band Coating), which effectively reduce reflections and light loss throughout the optical system.
The entire setup is complemented by advanced PC-3 Phase Coating and DPC (Dielectric Prism Coating) applied on roof prisms, eliminating losses due to phase shift of light waves and ensuring maximum brightness and image clarity, which results in better color fidelity, higher resolution, and high contrast.
IPX7 waterproof rating, EXO Barrier Protection coating
The advanced EXO Barrier Protection coating prevents water droplets and dust from settling and is scratch-resistant, making it easier to observe even during rainfall. This technology also helps prevent condensation from the user's breath.
The binoculars meet the IPX7 water resistance standard, meaning they can withstand not only rain but also complete immersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter for a maximum of 30 minutes. The metal body covered with a rubber coating provides a secure grip in all conditions.

The Bushnell Engage EDX is excellent in terms of optics and build quality – I rate the purchase very positively. It performs perfectly both in low light and on very sunny days. It's comfortable to carry, not too heavy, and fits perfectly in your hands. The image is clear and sharp; everything within a 2 kilometer radius is easily visible, and at closer distances it's very detailed. For example, within a 46 kilometer range, you can see buildings and structures, especially on a very clear day. I highly recommend it!
