I am an owner and I really appreciate this product. It's an interesting design solution despite its unassuming appearance. The 2x3 meter size allows you to build a practical shelter for one person. The aluminum layer makes it work as an emergency blanket. The tarp is also equipped with reinforcements, allowing it to be converted into a spreader bar hammock or used as a stretcher. The camo version is practical for the military, while the olive one will be perfect for BOB kits or professional survival sets. It may also interest tourists who do not plan to camp in the wild but want to have emergency shelter just in case – lightweight, compact, and useful for everyday use (e.g., as sun protection in the mountains, protection from rain during a downpour, or as a wind barrier in a windy location). Very solid workmanship! There's no risk of tearing, even when you stretch the tarp tightly. It works perfectly as ground insulation when camping under the open sky, as well as emergency covering. Despite the higher price, I recommend it because it's a top-shelf product. I especially recommend the 3x3 version for beginners – it's easier to make a shelter from it.
