The Thermo Tarp combines a camping sheet and a thermal insulation blanket (NRC). It's highly compressible, making it easy to transport without occupying much space. Crafted from a lightweight, breathable, and waterproof material, the tarp also boasts durability, thanks to its ripstop weave.
One side of the fabric features a thermal insulation layer that enhances warmth on cooler nights. During the hot days, the thermal layer reflects sunlight, significantly reducing the temperature beneath the tarp. The opposite side is in an olive color, which absorbs heat and blends in unobtrusively with environments like forests, mountains, or open fields.
The Thermo Tarp 4x3 can cover an area up to 12 m², providing ample usable space while weighing just 1.1 kg. This space can, for instance, accommodate two hammocks simultaneously, or, when set up as a gable tent, can shelter up to four adults underneath.
Various setup options are possible using features like trees, rocks, hollows, paddles, a bicycle, or a car's roof rack. It's perfect for creating not only a tent but also an expansive patio. With 19 loops for securing lashings, the canopy can be stabilized effectively.
The set includes a carrying bag and a mounting cable.
