Buff Fall Line Cap Simu Cap - Navy
A navy blue cap designed for use in low-temperature conditions. The design combines an outer cotton layer with warm microfleece insulation placed on the inner side of the ear flaps. The visor protects the eyes from the sun and precipitation, while the fold-down side panels shield the ears and part of the face.
The adjustable rear strap allows the circumference to be fitted to the head, helping the cap stay stable during movement. The internal sweatband supports moisture wicking, while the multi-panel construction helps maintain the proper shape of the headwear.
Outer cotton layer
The outer layer, visor, and underside of the visor are made of 100% cotton. The fabric remains soft and supports air circulation inside the cap. The dense weave helps maintain the shape of the individual panels and limits their deformation during putting on, taking off, and storage.
Microfleece insulation and Sherpa fabric
The inner side of the ear flaps is finished with a combination of microfleece and Sherpa fleece. The materials create a soft layer against the skin and increase the insulation volume in the areas most exposed to heat loss.
Sherpa fleece traps a layer of warmed air within its structure. The insulation covers the ears, the sides of the head, and the areas near the nape.
Internal sweatband
Along the inner circumference there is a sweatband made of 100% polyester. This element helps keep the cap in the correct position. The polyester band supports moisture transport and dries faster than the cotton layer. It also reduces direct skin contact with the main structural seams.

The side elements of the cap have been extended so that, when lowered, they protect the ears and part of the face. The design reduces direct skin contact with cold air. The ear flaps can be lowered in wind and low temperatures or raised when greater ventilation is needed. This adjustment range allows the level of protection to be adapted to current conditions.

A buckle adjustment strap is placed at the back. It allows the cap circumference to be adjusted to the head and stabilizes it during movement. The front of the cap is equipped with a short visor. This element limits the amount of light reaching the eyes and shields the upper part of the face from light precipitation.
