IFAK Tactical First Aid Kit is designed for convenient carrying of key first aid items. Made from waterproof 600D Polyester, it is resistant to abrasion and intensive use. The tear-away construction allows for quick detachment and immediate access in emergency situations.
600D Polyester Material
The first aid kit is made of durable and waterproof 600D polyester, which withstands intensive use in difficult conditions. The outer side of the fabric is coated with a hydrophobic PVC layer that protects against water, while the fibres on the inside are protected with a layer of PU. Additionally, the bottom is equipped with a drainage hole for effective moisture removal.
Main compartment, internal organizer
Two-way zipper and buckle strap allow for quick opening. Inside, there is an organizer with elastic bands and a mesh zippered pocket to stabilize the contents and prevent shifting.
IFAK system, laser-cut MOLLE/PALS system, velcro panel
The kit is based on the IFAK system, which allows for quick detachment from a belt, backpack, or vest thanks to velcro and MOLLE/PALS straps. The front is equipped with a laser-cut MOLLE system for attaching accessories and a velcro panel for attaching patches such as a national flag, unit insignia, or Morale Patches.

System MOLLE
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. It is widely used by the military, special services and survival and outdoor enthusiasts.
Laser Cut System
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.

I bought it specifically for the Brytzky Tactical Polygon Large 36 l backpack so I could keep it in one of the pockets and additionally attach it to the molle system. You never know what might happen out in the field. Bandages, plasters – I have everything quickly at hand.
