Brunnirok Wurzburg Cut-Resistant Balaclava - Black

A balaclava in black designed to protect the head and neck from flames and reduce the risk of cuts around the neck. This model features a single, well-fitted eye opening and a wide cut-resistant panel extending from the base of the neck to the chin. Flat seams help prevent pressure points and irritation, ensuring a close fit to the head and allowing for long-lasting comfortable wear.

The entire balaclava is made from a flame-resistant fabric that shields your head and neck from brief exposure to flames, convective heat, and radiant heat. In the lower part, between two layers of flame-resistant fabric, there is a cut-resistant insert that is invisible from the outside. Both the flame-resistant fabric and the cut-resistant material are manufactured in Germany, while final assembly takes place at a specialized European sewing facility.

The use of flat seams minimizes the risk of pressure points and chafing during wear. The balaclava features antistatic properties in compliance with EN 1149 and can be machine washed at up to 30 deg. C. The cut resistance protection meets level 5 according to EN 388 and level D according to EN 13997. The flame-resistant fabric meets EN 11612 standards for A1, B1, and C1, providing resistance to flame spread, convective heat, and radiant heat.
