The Brandit Urban Legend Shorts are comfortable to wear and have wide, tall cargo pockets. That's great because you can pack a lot into them. However, it's not so great that a smartphone will almost always fall out of the pocket when getting into a car, even if the pocket is buttoned, in about 70% of cases. The pants were supposed to be olive colored, but they're more of a gray hue; the straps on the leg cuffs and waistband are olive, though. That's a pity. Great pants for not too much money.

The shorts wore out after 1 month of active use in the summer heat; after washing, they hang like a rag and not like shorts. I do not recommend buying, the quality is terrible and so is the price.

Very comfortable shorts, great for hot weather thanks to breathable, soft, and durable cotton. They have plenty of roomy pockets, which makes them perfect both for everyday use and for various outdoor activities.

The L size according to the chart will be tight at the waist. It is forbidden to try on at the post office. Conclusion: the L size may also not match body proportions. Probably that's why there is deliberately missing information in the size chart.

The pants are very comfortable for everyday wear. If you wash them according to the instructions on the tag, they will last a long time. Pros: The material is much nicer than ripstop. The thickness is great for summer. Loose fit style. Possibility to adjust the waist and leg cuffs with drawstrings. The pockets are practical and comfortable. Cons: The side and back pockets are too loose (not very well designed), but you can easily fix them by sewing. Many of the reviews here seem greatly exaggerated or are written by sellers.

Be aware that it's just very very long and I'm 5'9 and it reaches past my knees, so the proportions are very off. I ordered an M size for 3 different patterns. Probably perfect for someone 6' and above

The shorts are very bad. The waist width is inconvenient to adjust. The legs are too wide. The pockets on them are also very wide. The buttons are placed too far apart. It's unsafe to carry a phone or documents in such pockets. One button fell off on the very first day of wearing. The international carrier prohibits fitting. I thought a German brand meant reliability and comfort, but it turns out that's not the case. We bought problems and extra stress in Ukraine.

Brandit shorts are characterized by excellent quality. They have large pockets that hold a lot of things, the material is pleasant to the skin, and the additional drawstrings at the waist are a big plus. The color looks fantastic. I highly recommend this product.

The shorts are comfortable and look normal, not like athletic underwear. The navy color is universal, goes well with any t-shirt, and dirt isn’t too visible. They fit comfortably, you can wear them all day and feel fine, and the fabric feels strong, not like “paper.” Usually, there are a lot of pockets, and this is really convenient: phone, keys, wallet, small items—you can put everything in and not worry. But if you stuff the pockets full, the shorts start to get pulled down and you feel the weight, especially when you’re running or walking fast. In hot weather, the dense fabric can feel warmer than thin sports shorts. Overall, they are very decent shorts for summer in the city and for trips if you want durability and pockets, not ultra-lightweight shorts.
