In person, the colors lean a bit more toward earthy tones. It's as if someone lightly dyed UCP with tea water ;) One thing to note about the camouflage itself: after coming out of the water and in low light, it starts to look a lot like the Ukrainian MM-14. I'm 178 cm and 72 kg, with an 82 cm waist, and size M fits perfectly, but they're narrow around the thighs. Because of this, when you're active in the water, the shorts tend to ride up a bit. In my opinion, they could be much wider. Sizing up would require tying the waist tightly, which wouldn't be comfortable. I'm taking off a star for that and for the material. The fabric has its pros and cons. On the plus side: it dries quickly, doesn't chafe, and so far keeps its vividness after frequent washing and use in chlorinated water. On the downside: you get cold in these shorts very quickly. After coming out of the water, you get cold almost immediately—I noticed this using them at an indoor pool. I definitely wouldn't take them to a lake or an outdoor pool. I think it's the material's fault (it's 100% polyester, by the way)—it's thin and dries quickly, but because of that, it doesn't insulate well. After comparing to other shorts that don't make you as cold, I found that the weave in these shorts is different, looser, kind of canvas-like, so they absorb more water. Regarding the pocket comments—the back zippered pocket is a winner. The side pockets are good in my opinion. If they were deeper, when submerged they would turn inside out and be a hassle to use (try sticking wet hands into a plastic mesh bag and taking out something small—you'd get a similar effect).

The shorts match the description and are of good quality. The only drawback in my opinion is the shallow pockets, so I'm taking off one star ;)

When it comes to shorts, Brandit is my favorite company. I also had Mil-Tec Swimming shorts (also in size S), but in those I look like I put on my older brother’s clothes. These, on the other hand, are great :-) The pockets are also well designed.

Great shorts, they are comfortable, breathable, and look fantastic in this camouflage pattern. Perfect for spring and summer. They also match my camouflage blouse very well. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Great swim trunks, a big advantage is the pocket with a zipper. High-quality material. The product has been tested, it's really worth recommending. Everything is fine.

The shorts are great. I used them at the pool and they worked perfectly. The size meets my expectations. The material is of good quality, I can recommend them with a clear conscience.

Overall, the shorts are fine, they have good and breathable material. A plus is the deep back pocket, but the side pockets are definitely too shallow – you can hardly fit anything in them, and it’s easy to lose something. Because of that, I’m taking off a star.

Great shorts for warm days. Suitable for both everyday wear and swimming. They dry very quickly, the material is solid and resistant to abrasion. The length is perfect, reaching just above the knee.
