A masterpiece! Size M is just right for 178cm and 84kg, but L would also be good and actually more comfortable. I had a big dilemma about which to choose, and for now I went with M. Size L is just a little bigger, fits better, but I kept M so it would be just right even with a sweater. So the advice to choose a smaller size is not true, and I’m not a big guy. I have a standard build. The material and workmanship are excellent—probably the best company for this model. I was particularly convinced by the improved cuffs on the sleeves, which have two zones: one part, closer to the hand, has a denser stitch and is tighter. This shows a higher level of craftsmanship, and indeed the outer material is sturdy but pleasant to the touch—you can see it's top class—and the price isn’t too high. For me, this might be the best jacket I’ve owned so far. Comfortable and stylish. What also surprised me is what others wrote: it’s warm, and it really is! Even though it doesn’t button up to the neck, the jacket alone keeps you warm—even at -8°C, just with a t-shirt and a thin sweater under the neck. I was really surprised! Excellent protection. Sturdy material, lightweight, super comfortable, and warm. The opinions about the zipper being hard to use or needing to be waxed are totally false! That’s complete nonsense! The zipper moves smoothly and is probably one of the easiest and gentlest zippers I’ve ever had in a jacket. There’s no resistance at all when catching or sliding it up and down; it works perfectly. The fact that it might slide open by itself, as some have written, is because of a special military design—a kind of arch over the zipper that releases the lock under pressure from above, causing the zipper to descend—an auto-lock zipper. The jacket is great. I'm attaching some photos of the construction quality.
