Boxmet Medical Chest Seal Vented Dressing

Chest seal dressing designed for covering and sealing chest injuries. The product is latex-free, safe for skin, and meets TCCC and KSRG standards.

The one-way valve permits air to escape from the wound while effectively blocking its re-entry, thereby preventing pneumothorax. A special handle aids in rapid application. Strong adhesive ensures a secure seal and durability of the dressing. The set comes in waterproof packaging, which is easy to open with special notches. Inside, there is also gauze for initial wound cleaning.
