I bought the shoes in mid-June and I basically only take them off to sleep ;) I wear them in the woods, to work, and in the car, completely giving up sandals. I washed them in the washing machine. They are incredibly comfortable and very lightweight. I have a narrow foot and wear size 45/46. The size chart indicated that I should choose 45, and that was indeed the right choice. They fit the foot well. I wear them without socks and they do not cause any chafing. Despite the thin sole, the insoles provide pleasant cushioning. I have never had anything so light and comfortable on my feet before.

I was delighted as soon as I took them out of the box, because in person they look nicer and sleeker than in the photos in shops or from customers. Once I put them on, it got even better—they turned out to be exceptionally comfortable. I’m just starting my journey with this type of footwear; this is my second pair of barefoot shoes. Previously, I wore a different model, a less radical one with an insole, but in the Bennons I felt almost as if I were wearing regular cushioned shoes right from the start. However, that is only the first impression, because these are full-fledged barefoot shoes in which you can clearly feel the texture of the ground. They are incredibly comfortable. I wear a size 39 and that’s the size I chose—it fits perfectly, with the right amount of room, neither too big nor too small. I will definitely buy another colour version, most likely khaki.

After a few months of use, I can say that these are some of the best summer shoes I’ve ever had. However, it is absolutely necessary to replace the insole, because the factory one compresses and curls up very quickly, and at the same time it does not provide the foot with adequate comfort. Only a new, thicker, and above all stiffer insole brings a huge improvement.

These shoes were my first experience with barefoot footwear and I am very satisfied – my way of walking has changed completely and you can get used to it very quickly. Going back to traditional shoes at work is now uncomfortable for me, which is why I plan to buy another pair of barefoot shoes with a stronger sole, especially for working in the warehouse. I have never experienced such freedom and lightness when walking – if someone likes this, they will definitely be satisfied. However, they may not appeal to people who prefer heavy, military-style boots. I especially recommend them to people with wide feet, like me.

They are simply fantastic. Now I’m very reluctant to wear other shoes and only reach for them when I really have to. It’s true that you can feel every little stone, but that’s partly the whole point. They are extremely comfortable and sturdy. At my weight of 98 kg, after a few hours of walking I feel my heels a bit, but oh well — at least it motivates me to lose a few kilos ;)

Very satisfied with these sneakers. This was my first pair of barefoot shoes, and definitely not the last. I had no problems getting used to them, they feel natural.

The shoes are the right size, but they fit quite snugly around the instep, even for a slim foot. At the back, on the heel, they are quite low. I hope they will stretch a bit and become completely comfortable. Are they worth their price? I hope they pleasantly surprise me.

Barefoot Bennoni are the third pair I have bought so far. This time I purchased them here at Military - in khaki with an ochre sole, they are very nice. The price here was better compared to other stores. The shoes are extremely comfortable thanks to the breathable upper - I even wear them without socks, and the excellent sole with treads absorbs steps well. Just a note: the shoes don't last long. For me, they last about a year, then the treads on the sole wear out in the areas with the most pressure, and after that, the shoe is no longer comfortable. For me, it's on the outer side of the heel and under the ball of the foot beneath the toes.
