Bennon Amigo Shoes - Softshell - Black

The Bennon Amigo Softshell shoes really surprised me in a positive way! They are extremely lightweight, and the comfort is comparable to sports shoes. The softshell perfectly protects against moisture. They work well both for everyday use and for faster walking. They grip the ground well and are comfortable – I highly recommend them!

I bought the forging for 180 PLN in 2020, and now prices are much higher... It's worth buying in advance, because prices will probably continue to rise and you can save money. They work great in the summer.

This is not my first pair of these shoes – I use them in quite tough conditions. The size matches what I usually wear and is also correct according to the size chart. Very comfortable shoes, though at first, they need a moment to adjust to the foot. My previous shoes are still serving me well after some inexpensive repairs (replacement of Velcro, insoles, heel pieces, and patching small cracks at the front). The sole is still in excellent condition, just like new. These shoes are exactly what I expected – I recommend them.

This is already my second pair of this model. I wore the previous (black) ones for almost two spring-summer seasons without a break. They would have lasted even longer if my dog hadn’t taken an interest in them. The shoes are comfortable, initially slightly stiff, but they quickly adapt to the foot. The size corresponds to the one in the chart.

The shoes are quite comfortable and at the same time durable. They combine the breathability of sandals with the strength of trekking shoes – they resemble work shoes with cutouts. The sizing matches the description.

When taken out of the box, the shoes look solid. In the first few days of wearing, I felt pressure on my little toe, but after a short time, the shoes adjusted. I recommend them rather for people with narrower feet.

The package just arrived and the shoes look very good. The sides and tongue are soft, while the front and heel are reinforced. The sole with tread seems fine, but in my opinion, it will last at most two seasons of walking on asphalt – in the field it should last longer. The insole is just under 31 cm (not 29 cm as in the chart), my foot is about 29.5 cm and the shoe fits well with enough room. I got a slightly glue-stained upper on the inner side, but it’s not noticeable, so I won’t complain. Overall, I recommend them, they promise to be great shoes for hot days.

The footwear is well made. I’ve been using them for two weeks and they perform well – they don’t get wet in the rain. The special lace flap effectively protects against soaking. They don’t cause chafing, and even after a long forest hike, my foot doesn’t sweat excessively. The inside of the shoe is durable. In my opinion, they are better than the Bennon Amigo Black.
