Unfortunately, the entrenching tool failed when I tried to dig in harder soil because the plastic cap got damaged. Poor idea to make a key part out of plastic.

The entrenching tool broke on the very first day in the field – the plastic cap cracked, and the sheet metal deforms easily when encountering obstacles. I do not recommend this product.

Lightweight, foldable, and doesn’t take up much space – all positives. Unfortunately, my item was damaged immediately during the first use, bending at the handle-to-blade junction despite normal work. For light soil, sand or snow it should be great, but for heavier work, it’s better to choose something stronger.

I recently bought and received the entrenching tool. For this price, it looks good and doesn’t take up much space, which was important for me. I don’t expect it to be exceptionally durable, but as an accessory for the car, it will do. It should be fine for small tasks and will also fit in a backpack. During one day in the field, the mechanism stiffening the entrenching tool often loosened, and eventually broke. It's the weakest point of the product, so I don't recommend it.

An entrenching tool like any other – good that it folds and has a cover. The received item has worn protective coating in a few places and needs to be tightened with an Allen key. The plastic parts look weak, although reviews indicate the product is solid. We’ll see in practice.
