A practical and comfortable backpack with many pockets. For me, there are a bit too many, but that's the model I chose, even though I don't need so many compartments. The material is durable, and the craftsmanship is of high quality. The backpack seems to be very sturdy.
Badger Outdoor Recon 25 l Backpack Olive
The patrol backpack has a 25-liter capacity and is crafted for varied applications, ranging from tourism and survival activities to daily urban use. The carry system, featuring contoured shoulder straps, a waist belt, and fastex quick-release buckles, ensures comfortable usage and greatly enhances carrying ease. With four pockets, two main compartments, and the MOLLE webbing system, organization is streamlined, boosting the backpack’s overall functionality.
convenient storage system - 2 main compartments, numerous pockets
The Recon 25L model offers four main pockets that provide excellent storage for gear. Two compartments are specifically designed to hold larger items like sleeping bags, food, or clothing. The larger compartment includes an extra flat zipped pocket, perfect for smaller belongings. The smaller compartment is equipped with a flat pocket and two mesh pockets for easy organization and quick access to compact items.
On the front of the backpack, there are two more pockets—one lower and larger, the other upper and smaller—ideal for small accessories. The lower pocket contains an organizer for documents and keys, while the upper pocket is perfect for storing a phone, glasses, or navigation devices.
Dedicated pocket for Hydration System
The backpack features a compartment with a Velcro closure at the back designed for the hydration system. This compartment allows you to conveniently store a water supply for easy access to hydration without needing to remove bottles. It is discreetly positioned and offers excellent protection for the cartridge, preventing damage during field movements.
Robust Zips, MOLLE System, d-rings
All backpack compartments are secured with thick, spiral double zippers, ensuring both smooth functionality and lasting durability.
Additionally, the backpack features the MOLLE webbing system - the front and side webbing enables the attachment of extra gear. D-rings on the shoulder straps provide the option to attach more tactical accessories.
Compression straps and size adjustment
The Recon 25L is equipped with compression straps that enable the backpack to adjust according to its load. These straps are strategically placed on the sides, bottom, and top of the pack, allowing it to flatten for enhanced stability and a tidier appearance, even when it’s only partly filled.
Contoured self-adjusting shoulder straps, detachable waist belt
The backpack is equipped with an advanced carry system that ensures both comfort and stability. The contoured harness features QD (Quick Detachment) fastex attachments, enabling rapid release of the backpack when necessary. Additionally, the shoulder straps can be adjusted for a tailored fit, while the chest strap and removable hip belt enhance comfort during the transport of heavier items.

Very good backpack at a good price. Solid finishing, numerous pockets and compartments, large capacity, yet it remains small thanks to the tightening straps.

First, I bought the Badger Outdoor Recon 25 l Coyote backpack for my fiancée as a carry-on for the plane, but I liked it so much that now I have my own as well. It's great that you can compress this backpack any way you like. I definitely recommend it.
-
I use the backpack daily; it’s very roomy with lots of pockets and compartments. The waist belt could be longer. I had trouble adjusting the rear straps. For this price, it’s really a great backpack for everyday use and short trips.
-
A good backpack for everyday use due to its size. Unfortunately, after a few days the seams in the top external pocket came apart (there was only a wallet inside). I didn't consider it a reason for a complaint, even though I've only used it for a short time and have no other complaints. We'll see how it holds up over time.
-
I bought it recently—it looks good, at first glance it's solidly made and has lots of pockets. I'll find out about its durability during use. I recommend it—worth it for the price.
-
The price-quality ratio is good. The backpack is spacious, but the rating drops due to the straps being too narrow. Also, the straps tend to curl up when putting it on, as they are not attached to the belts.
-
I bought this backpack with hunting in mind and it's very comfortable to carry on the back. I didn't know that the straps are not sewn along their entire length, which allows attaching the backpack to a vest instead of carrying it on the back. The capacity fully meets my needs for hunting, and if necessary, it can also serve as a children's backpack. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
-
Average backpack—a lot of straps that you have to adjust every time, which isn't very practical. I bought it because it was cheap, but it doesn’t impress.
-
The backpack is of very poor quality, after two years of use it starts to break – the straps snap, the rubber inside crumbles, and the material gets damaged. I had two backpacks from this company and both broke in a similar way. It's suitable at most for occasional use.
-
The backpack met my expectations. Good price-to-quality ratio. Spacious, comfortable, strong zippers, and interesting camouflage. Badger positively surprises me as a high-level Polish manufacturer.
-
The backpack is generally okay, although it has a few unusual features. It looks good and holds a lot of items despite its compact size. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the inner layer began to peel off, as someone else already mentioned – I can confirm this. However, the outer material is solid. The straps have various lengths – some are too long, others too short. The backpack fits well, is lightweight, and the price is attractive on promotion, but I wouldn’t recommend it at a higher price.
-
After a year of use, the backpack started peeling inside. The material has become very thin in those areas. I definitely do not recommend it for survival, unless for a one-time trip.
-
This is my second backpack of this type. I used the first one every day for 7 years. The backpack is small but roomy and has well-designed pockets. The chest and hip straps could be a little longer. I rate it very well.

This backpack turned out to be amazing. Lots of pockets make it easy to carry various things. The option to mount a Camelback system and adjustment near the lumbar and chest area makes the backpack fit perfectly to the body. I definitely recommend it.
