The F-60 breathalyzer features a cutting-edge electrochemical sensor equipped with a platinum component that exclusively detects ethyl alcohol. It facilitates measurements ranging from 0.00 ‰ to 5.00 ‰ with an accuracy of +/- 0.05 ‰ at 1.00 ‰ and 25 °C.
Memory, alarm function
For optimal functionality, it is advised to perform calibration every 6–12 months or after 500 tests, whichever occurs first. The device's internal memory can hold the most recent 10 test outcomes.
When the detected alcohol concentration surpasses 0.20 ‰, the built-in alarm is activated. Results are shown on a backlit LCD display with a precision of two decimal places.
Power supply
The device operates on two AAA batteries. After 20 seconds of inactivity or 30 seconds following a completed test, the auto power-off feature switches the breathalyzer to sleep mode.

So far I have only used it a few times and it displays the results I expect :) You have to remember not to take a measurement right after drinking alcohol, which is also explained in the instructions.
