Alpinus Monviso Jacket - Navy

Lightweight and durable winter jacket with a hood, made of 100% polyamide reinforced with a Rip-Stop weave, provides adequate thermal comfort in low temperatures. The down construction retains warmth even on frosty days. The classic fit works well both in the city and in the field.

Teflon EcoElite, duck down filling

The jacket’s insulation is provided by a 90/10 duck down filling with a fill power of 750 cuin. The outer layer made with Teflon EcoElite technology protects against moisture and is resistant to stains and dirt.

The filling used is certified to the Responsible Down Standard, which confirms the responsible sourcing of bird feathers.

4 practical pockets, zipper

The model is equipped with 4 pockets: two outer pockets closed with YYK zippers, an inner zippered pocket (right), and an inner pocket closed with velcro (left). Straps are attached to the zippers to make them easier to operate even while wearing gloves.

The model is closed with a sturdy zipper finished with a chin guard.

Adjustable hood, drawstrings

The down collar, adjustable hood with a visor, and drawstrings at the hips allow for a better fit and provide additional protection from the cold.

    I think it will be useful for people like me – I am 183 cm tall, weigh 67 kg – size M fits literally perfectly, nothing has ever fit me better. The jacket is very warm; it handled -21°C with no problem (combined with thermal wear). I don't want winter to end because this jacket is just amazing.

    The down jacket is elegant and fits well. Despite its light weight, there's not much down, so I'm not sure if it will work during severe frosts, but when it's around freezing it provides thermal comfort. Overall, it makes a solid impression.

    The jacket is great, provides a lot of warmth, and is made from durable material. The sizing could be a bit bigger – at 179 cm tall with a regular build, I usually wear size M with a little room, but here that size fit perfectly only over a thin shirt. When I wore a sweater or fleece underneath, I felt a slight tightness. Overall, I highly recommend the product. However, I was disappointed when I found out the jacket was made in China – I thought Alpinus produced clothes in Poland, which was an important criterion for me when choosing this brand.

    The product matches the description, shipping was very fast. Now it's time to try it out in winter conditions to better assess its features and technology. Size XL fits perfectly for a person with a height of 185 cm.

    Very good jacket. It performed well during strong winds in the mountains and low temperatures. The jacket compresses well, it's just a pity that there was no pouch included for storage in a backpack. It doesn't soak up water in light rain.
