Alpinus Hardshell Gedu Jacket - Khaki
Lightweight hardshell jacket made of durable and windproof 150D polyester. It features a waterproof membrane and the Recco avalanche safety system. Khaki color version.
3-layer fabric structure, high breathability and waterproofness
The jacket is made from fabric with a 3-layer structure (3L laminate), which efficiently wicks moisture away from the body to the outside. The fabric's breathability rating is 20000 g/m2, while its waterproofness is 20000 mm/m2, ensuring proper air circulation and protection against rain and snow. Reflective elements improve visibility and safety after dark.
Waterproof YKK AquaGuard zippers, underarm ventilation system, adjustable cuffs
The jacket fastens with a waterproof zipper YKK AquaGuard, finished with a high stand-up collar that protects the neck from wind. Ventilation zippers under the arms allow convenient airflow adjustment. Adjustable velcro cuffs are complemented by an elastic insert that additionally protects the hands from the cold. Drawstrings at the hips and an adjustable deep hood, additionally equipped with the Recco safety system, ensure a very good fit to the user's silhouette.

The Gedu model is equipped with two roomy pockets on the sides, one at chest height, and two internal pockets - one zippered and the other open.

RECCO is an integrated rescue technology used to locate missing persons in mountain or avalanche terrain. It consists of 2 components: a passive searchlight built into or attached to equipment or clothing, and an active detector used by emergency services. It makes it possible, by means of a transmitted radar signal, to locate the owner of the reflector in an emergency situation. Recco reflectors operate without power or batteries, are passive and do not require activation by the user - they work at all times and regardless of weather conditions.
AquaGuard zippers are a type of YKK waterproof zippers that effectively protect against moisture and rain. The zippers are laminated with a PU layer on one side and additionally treated with DWR on the other side, which ensures high waterproofness of the products.
