Multi-layer Vibram sole, Hell Fit construction
The multi-layer Vibram sole using Hell Fit construction guarantees high comfort, effective cushioning and a stable fit in the heel region. The carefully contoured back of the shoe limits the movement of the heel, which reduces the risk of abrasions and increases the durability of the footwear. The first layer of the sole is a soft, antimicrobial anatomical insole, which provides comfort during use. The next layer contains a cushioning element that dampens vibrations and improves stability with a nylon insert (midsole). The outsole, which is adapted for contact with the ground, guarantees traction in various conditions and is distinguished by its high abrasion resistance.
Full Tongue technology, Alpinus Safety reflector
Full Tongue technology, used in mountain footwear, consists in permanent integration of the tongue with the upper, which increases resistance to moisture and effectively prevents mud, sand, stones and other small debris from entering the shoe. This design increases comfort, minimizing the risk of chafing and providing better protection for the foot during hiking. The high upper, combined with stiffening, offers additional stabilization and protection of the ankle from injury. For added safety after dark, an Alpinus Safety reflector is placed on the heel to improve the wearer's visibility on the trail.
