Burnshield hydrogel field dressing measuring 20 x 20 cm. Used by, among others, emergency medical services, fire departments, and the military. It is applied in first aid for burns and as an emergency dressing for deep abrasions, open fractures, and other skin injuries. The compact consistency ensures uniform distribution of the cooling substance on the burn area.
Stable structure, Fiber reinforcement
The stable structure of the dressing eliminates the risk of spilling or damaging the hydrogel. Fiber reinforcement allows for quick removal from the mold without the risk of tearing the hydrogel. Burnshield hydrogel dressings are individually packaged in aluminum bags that protect them from sunlight and high temperatures.
