Modular first aid kit Sport (U) offers protection wherever there’s a risk of accident-related injuries during physical activities. It also serves effectively as an injury treatment kit.
Cooling spray swiftly cools the injured area, providing instant relief. Kinesiology tape (kinetic tape) can be used to tape specific body areas, facilitating muscle recovery and pain relief. This module also contains warming and cooling plasters for injury dressing, as well as sports taping to support muscle function.
The included hydrogel bandages offer effective burn cooling due to their high water content and heat capacity. An important advantage is sterility; they do not risk hypothermia and shield the wound from infection. Hydrogel dressings maintain moisture balance on the wound; they absorb wound exudate or rehydrate dry wounds. The hydrogel does not adhere to the wound, ensuring a painless dressing change.

Great first aid kit, everything you need is in one place. I keep it at home every day, but I take it with me on every outdoor trip, whether walking, to the forest, the mountains, or on the motorcycle. It's lightweight and easily fits in a backpack or motorcycle saddlebag.

The equipment is of a high standard, with many items described in Polish. The scissors are very sharp and cut through clothes easily; I haven't tested them on seat belts. The packaging is highly visible and has a Velcro strap so it shouldn't move around, for example in a car. The only drawback is the way the dressings are arranged, because a weak mesh is used for this, which tears easily.
