Nylon and polyurethane blend, TAC-DRY waterproof membrane

The gloves consist of a sturdy combination of nylon and polyurethane. Known for its lightweight nature, this material excels in tear resistance, enhancing the gloves' longevity. Supplementing the fabric, a waterproof and windproof TAC-DRY membrane provides comfort even in challenging weather. A neoprene insert reinforces the knuckle area, offering protection against mechanical harm.

Synthetic insulation, fleece lining

The gloves feature an upper section insulated with 170 g/m2 synthetic Primaloft, while the interior of the hand is further safeguarded by 100 g/m2 Gold Needled Grip insulation. This design ensures superior thermal insulation without compromising dexterity. A lining made of soft, brushed fleece enhances comfort.

Touchscreen support, goatskin grip part

The palm area of the gloves is crafted from tough, abrasion-resistant goatskin leather, enabling you to use touchscreen devices without taking the gloves off. This model features a wide entry opening, facilitating easy and swift wearing. A fabric strap with a buckle offers an adjustable fit at the wrist. Additionally, the gloves are equipped with hanging loops, allowing attachment to your gear using a carabiner.

PrimaLoft is a synthetic microfiber insulation material developed in the 1980s for the US military. It is composed of properly formed polyester microfibers that trap air inside, creating an insulating barrier with high compression capabilities. It features good water repellency (retains 96% of its properties when wet), windproofness, breathability and anti-allergenic properties.

    I rate them 3/5 because: - the gloves are expensive - despite being solid and sturdy, my fingers still got cold in them (even though I tend to have cold fingers, at this price I expected better protection against the cold) On the other hand, they do provide some warmth (although not enough for me) and they are very durable. Aside from the completely unnecessary plastic buckle (there are more comfortable ways to adjust at the wrist), the material is smooth and has a good coating that doesn’t snag on gear or branches.

    The gloves fit great on the hands and are very comfortable, there are no seams inside that could irritate the skin. During several hours of outdoor activity at temperatures down to -5°C, they kept me warm. I definitely recommend them.

    I chose these gloves because my hands are exceptionally sensitive to cold, and winter mountain trips are my passion. These are the best gloves I've ever had. They are very warm, waterproof, and fit the hand perfectly. The materials used in their production are of high quality. In reality, they look much better than in the photos.
