Texar ACU sweatshirt - Mud Cam

The ACU (Army Combat Uniform) cut sweatshirt was made from a combination of cotton and polyester. Places particularly prone to abrasion were reinforced with an additional layer of fabric.

Features:
- two slant pockets at chest level fastened with aVelcro (velcro) patch,
- two slant pockets on the shoulders fastened with aVelcro (velcro) patch,
- on the elbows places for protective inserts,
- sweatshirt with a zipper, which is additionally protected by aVelcro (velcro) patch,
- cuff adjustable withVelcro (velcro),
- collar in the form of a collar fastened withVelcro (velcro),
- hems with softVelcro (velcro) under patches on the shoulder pockets, at the height of the chest(nametag).

A variant in camouflage modeled after A-TACS in the Mud Cam variety. It is a camouflage dedicated to use in built-up terrain, where it shows much greater effectiveness than the earlier "metro" and UCP (ACU) camouflages. It also performs well in higher elevations and semi-arid terrain (ARID), which is why it is sometimes worn by special forces operators in Afghanistan.
