The sturdy body is made of durable and lightweight aluminum in OD Green. Its textured surface enhances grip and prevents accidental slipping. Drop resistance from up to 1.5 meters increases durability, while the IPX-8 waterproof rating allows submersion up to 2 meters for 30 minutes.

The durable metal switch ensures intuitive operation. A fixed head increases resistance to damage and leakage. The flat tail cap allows for stable upright positioning, while the built-in strong magnet enables attachment to metal surfaces. A practical, removable clip allows the flashlight to be secured to a pocket, belt, or other gear.

The flashlight is powered by a 16340 3.6V battery with a 650 mAh capacity, providing up to 30 days of operation. The Baton 4 Premium Edition features a charging case with a built-in 21700 battery with a 5000 mAh capacity, extending the flashlight's runtime to 190 days. The USB-C port allows charging of the case, and with the included USB-C cable, it can also serve as a power bank for other devices.

The digital display accurately indicates the battery level and functions as a button, enabling flashlight control without removing it from the case. The case is compatible with Baton 4 and Baton 3 models and can also store and charge flashlights such as S1R II, Perun Mini, and Perun 2 Mini.
