A large, three-dimensional patch, made of durable and fade-resistant PVC, with a style reminiscent of emblems and soldier drawings from the war waged in Vietnam. The emblem is equipped with one-sided Velcro, which makes it easy to place on a velcro panel on a uniform, cap, pouch or backpack.
Morale Patch patches are worn by soldiers and other services alongside patches specific to their own unit to "boost morale." They are a kind of identifying and unifying element for the group and are part of soldier humor.
