The pouch is made of durable 1000D polyester, which is resistant to tears and damage. The pouch is equipped with two side pockets for additional accessories such as a radio, tourniquet or LED flashlight. They are secured with Velcro and a plastic buckle. All items are mounted on the thigh panel, with sewn-in MOLLE/PALLS standard webbing .

The detachable first aid pouch is attached to a special Velcro panel, mounted with two straps. This makes it possible to change the configuration of the first aid pouch, as well as to attach it to another piece of equipment. A large detachable handle makes it possible to tear the first-aid kit from the thigh in a quick way and take help to the injured. The pouch is secured by a strap with a buckle, which prevents its loss.

The thigh panel is mounted to the belt with an adjustable troc with a buckle, so that it can be easily removed. The pouch is clipped to the thigh with a horizontal, wide, removable trocord, which is fastened with a buckle made of composite. On the inner side there are non-slip rubber inserts to prevent the cargo pouch from slipping.
