Borniak Smoking Chips 2 l - Birchwood

High quality smoking chips from the Polish company Borniak, carefully dried to 13% moisture content. The woodchips have been subjected to a special technological process, thanks to which they have been fully dusted off and ready for use.

The smoke from the burned woodchips penetrates deep into the product, giving it the right colour, aroma and flavour for the species of wood used. By using birch chips, you can enjoy the specific golden colour of the smoked product, which has a lasting character and penetrates deep into the food.

The chips are size 0.5-3 mm, and are suitable for smoking all kinds of meat and fish.

Approximate smoking time for a package of 2 l is about 8 hours. 

Broniak's products are HACCP certified.
