The spade makes a good first impression, but it’s not suitable for more demanding work. The positives are a comfortable and practical cover, ergonomics, and good digging performance. Unfortunately, the downside is the weak handle, which bends.

Durable steel blade, 6061 aluminum handle
The blade is made of hardened 65 Mn steel (42-46 HRC), while the handle is made of 6061 aluminum (46-49 HRC) with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a diameter of 25 mm. Inside the handle is a steel insert and a stainless steel spring for easy and quick disassembly.
Practical locking function
The locking function in the semi-closed position allows the shovel to be used as a pick or hoe. A reinforced aluminum locking ring with an internal steel baffle protects against contaminants such as dirt or soil. The blade is equipped with sharp edges, which make it easier to work in rough terrain, and two of them include an integrated saw.
Set elements
The set includes a pouch made of EVA copolymer, fastened with snaps. The cover allows you to attach the shovel to your belt, backpack or other piece of equipment, which provides convenient and safe transportation and quick access when needed.

The entrenching tool is comfortable and compact when folded, which means it takes up little space. The cover is solid and practical. On the belt, it turned out to be lighter than I expected. If I had it back in secondary school, I wouldn’t have needed to buy a suit for my final exams—I could have just dug my own grave in the cemetery.

The equipment is really good, and the part with the saw is excellent for quickly cutting turf and getting rid of grass. I recommend this product, although I find the screw at the latch a bit annoying, as it can loosen and needs tightening – but it's not a big problem.
