Badger Outdoor US Army Military Grade Entrenching Tool - Olive
A folding shovel inspired by equipment used by the US and other NATO armed forces. The construction combining aluminum and steel elements ensures low weight and high durability. Thanks to its compact size, it is perfect for camping, survival trips, searching with a metal detector or as an emergency snow removal tool stored in the trunk of a car.
Durable steel blade, 6061 aluminum handle
The blade is made of hardened 65 Mn steel (42-46 HRC), while the handle is made of 6061 aluminum (46-49 HRC) with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a diameter of 25 mm. Inside the handle is a steel insert and a stainless steel spring for easy and quick disassembly.
Practical locking function
The locking function in the semi-closed position allows the shovel to be used as a pick or hoe. A reinforced aluminum locking ring with an internal steel baffle protects against contaminants such as dirt or soil. The blade is equipped with sharp edges, which make it easier to work in rough terrain, and two of them include an integrated saw.
Set elements
The set includes a pouch made of EVA copolymer, fastened with snaps. The cover allows you to attach the shovel to your belt, backpack or other piece of equipment, which provides convenient and safe transportation and quick access when needed.
