Survival kits

A survival kit is a useful item for anyone who is passionate about the art of survival or wants to be prepared for any situation. Whether you are looking for equipment to survive an emergency situation on an expedition or in a domestic setting, the right survival kit contains items that work in all conditions. There are various kits available, with equipment tailored to the type of situation and hazard, among other things.

One of the most advanced and elaborate types is the military survival kit. This type of survival equipment set has also gained popularity among civilians due to the reliability and durability of the components. A military survival kit may include items such as a survival knife, first aid kit, water supply, rations or fire starting accessories, for example. All equipment is packed in sturdy, waterproof bags or backpacks to protect the equipment carried from damage and adverse weather conditions.

A professional survival kit can also be extended with additional items. People who need specialised equipment, such as soldiers or fans of bushcraft and survivalism, will certainly appreciate such a survival kit. Such kits include navigation devices, compasses, binoculars or shelter-building tools. Professional military survival kits will work well not only on expeditions in extreme conditions, but also on specialised training or expeditions.

For people who are just beginning their adventure with the art of survival or are looking for a simple set, a good choice will be a basic survival kit.  Such a kit contains the essentials for survival in the event of an emergency, breakdown or other crisis situation. The basic kit includes, among other things, a fire source or instruments for lighting a fire, water purification, bandages, NRC foil and more.  Such a survival kit in the form of an essentials kit will prove very useful on short expeditions, for which equipment is packed in a small rucksack.

At MILITARY.EU you will find a wide range of survival kits which you can tailor to your needs. For those looking for really compact solutions, a mini survival kit will be a great choice. On the other hand, for lovers of longer expeditions, an extended set, in which additional elements are also available, will be better. It is also worth looking at prepared escape backpacks, which contain proven and useful equipment.
