Midges are small but troublesome insects that can effectively make your time outdoors miserable. Most commonly, midges are found around bodies of water or in wetlands. Bites from blackflies are associated with pain, swelling and, in extreme cases, even infection, so it is advisable to obtain a suitable preparation for blackflies. 

One of the most popular and effective remedies is a spray for blackflies. This type of preparation acts as a repellent. The spray forms a barrier on the surface of the skin, which prevents the mosquitoes from biting. The formulation usually contains active substances such as DEET, permethrin or picaridin, which are unpleasant for the mosquitoes and repel them. 

When choosing a preparation for mosquitoes, it is worth paying attention to several issues. The first aspect is efficacy; a good preparation should work for several hours. If you are going to be taking a bath or are involved in water sports, it is worth choosing a water-repellent moss repellent.  

For those who do not want to use chemical products, it is worth considering the choice of natural preparations for the mosquitoes. Essential oils have been shown to have a repellent effect, including eucalyptus oil, lavender oil and tea tree oil.
