Depending on the flashlight model you choose, you can get powers from 70 to 1,000 lumens. Models with lower powers will be great for simple tasks, when you need to have a small distance in front of you illuminated. Such models will be characterized by a long time of illumination on a single set of batteries. For more demanding users, models with much higher power were created, allowing you to illuminate well a distance of up to 170 meters. Most models of head flashlights have a constant stream of light without the possibility of adjusting it. If you expect such a possibility, it is worth focusing your attention on flashlight models equipped with more than one LED with different mirrors or equipped with a single LED with a diffuser. What a Mactronic headlamp can also offer is colored indicator LEDs or RGB filters. By using red light, you won't be heavily visible to game in the woods, and you won't wean your eyesight, which is accustomed to darkness. Red or green light will also allow you to seamlessly read the map at night without drawing attention to yourself. This will be especially appreciated by those taking part in night orienteering marches.

Wide elastic straps are responsible for the stable seating of Mactronic flashlights on the head. Thanks to their appropriate elasticity and width, they will not pinch your head, even during long use, and make the weight of the device itself not strongly felt. In the case of heavier models or with large batteries placed at the back of the head, the flashlight can optionally have a third strap added through the middle of the head. Thanks to it, even during dynamic movements, the flashlight will not slip on the face.
