I am leaving this opinion after several days of use. I ordered the powerbank on Sunday evening and it was already with me on Tuesday afternoon (very fast delivery). The package came with the powerbank charged to 27%. I charged it to full with a Samsung 2A charger, it took about 10-12 hours in total (I charged it in several sessions, so it's hard to say exactly). It charged my Samsung Galaxy A32 phone (5000mAh battery) from 15% to 100% in about 2 hours, during which time the powerbank lost 27% of its charge (from 100% to 73%), which gives the converter efficiency at the level of 70-80% (the actual battery capacity after two years is hard to determine). The case of the powerbank feels like the rubberized surface known from the Sony Ericsson K800i. The set includes a USB-C to USB-C cable. The orange element is just a rubber decoration with no additional function. So far, I am satisfied, the device seems solid and well made. The only thing I would improve is adding rubber caps for the ports for better water protection outdoors.
