The backpack is designed and made very solidly. I bought the Whistler with the intention of using it outdoors as a camera equipment backpack. I appreciate the wide opening, which makes it easier to access the contents, and the side walls keep things in place, so even after many hours of use, nothing falls out. This was my first contact with the Wisport brand – after unpacking I was very positively surprised. The very next day I took it on a 36-hour trip and had no complaints. During dense fog, I left the backpack in the grass overnight—it was wet on the outside, but the inside stayed dry. I'd also like to add that the Militaria.pl website mentions Cordura 500, but my unit has “Cordura 1000” written on it as well as a thin, rubberized inner lining. The material works great. The backpack is tough, very well sewn, the zippers move a bit stiffly, but they're solid. The option to mount a tripod and other items on the outside is very convenient for me, and the extra loops inside help to stabilize equipment. There's enough space for lenses, a camera, and clothes. The external pocket easily holds filters, power banks, and batteries. I'm very satisfied and hope this backpack will last me for many years.
Backpack Wisport Whistler II 35 l - MultiCam Tropic
35-litre rucksack in MultiCam Tropic camouflage. Made from damage-resistant 500D Cordura and equipped with strong ITW Nexus buckles. Its construction is based on a spacious main compartment and thoughtfully placed pockets that allow for organized storage of carried gear. The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty.
main compartment, numerous pockets, and rain cover
The Main compartment is equipped with a large divider adapted for carrying a water tank and an opening for a hydration tube. It also features two flat zippered pockets designed for transporting flat or small equipment.
The Front pocket is a saddlebag type with approximately 3-liter capacity, equipped with a built-in organizer. The flat pocket by the reinforced back wall is for storing documents, A4 folders, or a laptop. The external zippered side pocket can hold a standard bottle or canteen. At the bottom of the backpack, there's a folding rain cover.
MOLLE system straps, velcro on the front
The backpack is equipped with MOLLE standard straps for attaching additional pockets or pouches. The design also allows for the attachment of side pockets from the Wisport Raccoon model. A velcro panel (hook and loop) is placed on the front for attaching identification patches.
SAS carrying system for optimal comfort
The model uses the SAS Ergonomic Military (Semi Adjustable System) carrying system with a removable aluminum support, which stabilizes the structure and increases resistance to deformation under load. It ensures optimal air circulation around the back. Adjustable shoulder straps feature quick-release options, and additional support is provided by a chest strap and a detachable hip belt. The backpack is very spacious and exceptionally sturdy, additionally equipped with a very comfortable carrying system. The only thing that could be improved is adding an attachment for a rain cover in the appropriate pocket. In summary, the backpack is worth its price.
-
The backpack does its job excellently. It has a lot of roomy and practical pockets, which is impressive for 35 liters. Ideal for multi-day trips outdoors. The Wisport brand is a guarantee of quality – even though the backpack isn't the cheapest, I believe it's worth investing in. Very careful workmanship, waterproofing at a decent level, though I recommend extra waterproofing in case of unexpected rain. Shipping as always was fast, so I recommend both the product and the store.
-
The backpack is heavy, but very durable, made of high-quality Cordura. In person it looks even better than in the photo. It is indeed spacious, has many pockets, and is very comfortable to use. The price could be lower, but I still recommend both the Militaria store and this backpack.

I've been using this backpack every week during 3-day trips and so far have no complaints. In the main compartment, clothes fit easily (separate bags definitely help keep things organized), plus an extra pair of shoes, toiletries, and a 14” laptop. I carry another 14” laptop in the pocket closest to my back, which is originally meant for a hydration bladder. The backpack is very comfortable, and I usually carry around 12 kg (including the backpack's weight) without using the hip belt – I haven't yet tried it on long distances, but in that case the hip belt will certainly come in handy.
-
I chose this backpack because it was hard for me to fit everything I needed for a two-day trip into a 25-liter model. With extra rain gear and food rations, there was no way to fit it all. Now I pack without any problem, even with a sleeping pad and sleeping bag (the pad is, of course, attached outside). The backpack is well-made, and the MOL system allows you to attach many accessories as needed. The main compartment is very spacious, and the smaller pockets are perfect for smaller items needed during camping. There is also the option to attach a water reservoir, though I haven't tried that myself yet. Thanks to the tightening straps, the backpack stays compact even with less load. The sturdy frame and hip belt ensure a good fit on the back and great comfort. I last used it in over 30-degree heat, and the ventilation system worked perfectly to move heat away from my back. I sincerely recommend it to anyone considering this size.
-
Very sturdy and durable backpack. Wisport always maintains a high standard. I used it briefly because I later chose a larger model (crossfire). Nevertheless, the workmanship, construction, and material quality are top-notch. Highly recommended.
-
Perfectly designed and made. The material is of high quality – this is equipment that will last for a long time. It will be excellent for longer outdoor trips. Thanks to the 35-liter capacity, it is very spacious.
-
The backpack itself is heavy, massive and probably very durable. As a tourist model, it performs poorly – it’s better for military enthusiasts. It has quite a lot of annoying straps that tend to get tangled because the manufacturer hasn’t solved the problem of securing them – but that is a matter of personal preference.
-
The backpack turned out to be bigger than I expected, especially compared to my previous 30-liter model. It is very comfortable, fits great to my back. The large number of pockets finally allowed me to organize all the things I carry, and there is still a lot of free space left, including an empty main compartment. The material is very durable and the backpack looks great. I am very satisfied with this purchase – it’s the toughest backpack I have ever used.
-
It seems that this backpack was exactly what I was looking for – this is my third Wisport. I also considered the Sparrow 30 model, having had a great experience with the Sparrow 20, which I consider almost iconic. Ultimately, I chose the Whistler 35, and it was a great choice. The quality of the materials and workmanship is outstanding, so I won't even elaborate on that. I appreciate the capacity (close to 50L packs), technical solutions like the side pocket accessible from the back, the sewn-in molle panel in the main compartment, the option to add pockets to the hip belt, and the side bottle holders. I recommend it with a clear conscience.
-
The backpack has been made very solidly. The inner pockets are made from durable mesh. The backpack works great both for city outings and forest trips. A nice feature is the option to remove the hip belt if you don't intend to carry heavy items.
-
Very nice backpack, made from strong materials and with high-quality zippers. The molle straps are well sewn. The removable hip belt is very practical. The camelbak pocket fits a laptop or documents perfectly. Access to this pocket is via a side zipper along the entire length of the backpack, so you don't need to open the main compartment. The backpack might not be the cheapest, but it's really solid. I recommend it!

I am very satisfied with this purchase—the backpack turned out to be the perfect choice. I've already had several bigger and smaller models before, but this one meets my expectations best. It will work for three-day trips and even longer. It is exceptionally durable, has a well-designed interior and an included cover. The biggest advantage is the comfortable carrying system with ventilation and a hip belt.
-
I finally found the perfect backpack for myself. I'm glad that after much consideration and experience, I chose the Whistler. It's large enough and versatile for everyday uses like shopping, fishing, bonfires, or a few days out in the field.
