These binoculars offer an 8x fixed magnification with a 42mm objective lens. The sealed construction ensures they are shielded from water, moisture, and dust, while argon filling is used to avert evaporation.
The binoculars feature a Roof-type prism system, allowing the eyepiece spacing to adjust between 55 and 74 mm to accommodate various users. Thanks to the XR Fully Multi Coated (FMC) multi-coated anti-reflective coating, light reflection on the lens surface is minimized, producing sharp, high-contrast images with precise color reproduction and high image quality across the entire field of view. Moreover, the lenses boast an ArmourTek coating that effectively guards against dirt and scratches.
A rubber coating envelops the binocular body, enhancing grip stability and cushioning impacts from accidental bumps or low-height falls. The eyecups are extendable and crafted from soft rubber for comfort during use.
A central knob on the binoculars regulates focus, and they feature dioptric correction extending from +/-5. A thread on the binoculars' front enables attachment of a tripod adapter.
Included is a GlassPak harness for easy carrying.
