A classic in its own right. The blade has a lock and a flat screwdriver, which are big advantages. The knife is easy to open with one hand, and both the can opener and the small saw, although seemingly insignificant, work great in practice. I used this saw to cut several meters of chipboard when I didn't have other tools, and it still remained sharp. An excellent addition to a larger survival knife.
Victorinox Soldier 08 One-Hand Pocket Knife - Green
M03 Pocket Knife stands out with its scales in military green and black colors. A special hole in the blade allows for the quick opening of the main blade (85 mm) with one hand. The Liner Lock secures the main blade and the large flat screwdriver/bottle opener. The contoured handle with rubber inserts significantly improves the grip.

As expected from Victorinox, the build quality is top-notch—everything is precise and solid. Small and convenient to use. The blade, openable with one hand and serrated for 2/3 of its length, cuts fibrous materials great. The screwdrivers and openers work flawlessly, the wood saw does its job perfectly. The handle with anti-slip inserts is very comfortable. I recommend Victorinox.

Great model—as always with this brand. An interesting feature is the year marked on the main blade, only seen here and in the Solder Alox. I have ten Victorinox knives and use them in various situations. I especially recommend this model for everyday carry and forest trips. Despite doubts about carrying it in the pocket, it’s very comfortable on a chain by the belt. For longer trips, I prefer the Forester or Huntsman—outdoors, a corkscrew is more useful than a Phillips screwdriver, and scissors also come in handy. The flat grind blade works better in wood than the serrated one. In summary—an excellent pocket choice, one of my favorite EDC versions.
-
Fantastic pocketknife—be careful with your fingers, as the blade cuts through any material, including skin :) I was able to get access to the bones precisely with it :) Victorinox remains reliable—it's a tool that will serve for many years.
-
Great pocketknife. Big plus for being able to open it with one hand. Thanks to its size and functions, it can serve as the main tool for short trips. + Large knife + Large saw - I still prefer blades without serrations
-

-
Very nice pocketknife. I’ve already used many Victorinox models and I’m happy every time. This is my first with a serrated blade—it cuts bread wonderfully and is also great in the kitchen for herbs and vegetables from the garden.
-
A very successful pocketknife. It has a rich set of functions and is really solid. A big advantage is being able to open the knife with one hand.
-
A military classic, the modern version of the Bundeswehr pocketknife—it has everything you need in the field, although it is basically the military variant of the civilian Trailmaster. Personally, I prefer this green version. Note—it doesn't have tweezers or a toothpick!
