Military Rye Bread with 24 months shelf life - 12 x 700 g

The package includes 12 loaves of rye bread, each weighing 700 g. The bread is made from rye flour with added wheat flour. It is compatible with military, prepping, sailing, and tourism activities.

This type of bread has often been used by the Polish Armed Forces in peace operations and by Civil Defense services in extraordinary situations.

A long shelf life of 24 months allows for prolonged bread storage. Two layers of foil effectively protect against moisture and other external factors, ensuring consistent taste throughout the storage period.

During the shelf life period, the bread can be easily refreshed using various methods:

• in a microwave - after removing the outer foil, place the loaf in a microwave for 3 minutes at 900 W, then remove the inner foil and slice the bread
• in an oven - after removing the outer foil, place the loaf in an oven at 90-100 deg. C for about 30 minutes, after removing the inner foil and cooling, slice the bread
• in a toaster - after removing both layers of foil, slice the bread and place it in a toaster
• in water - without removing the foil, submerge the bread in water at 90 deg. C for about 30 minutes, after cooling, remove from the foil, and slice after another 20 minutes
• in a flameless chemical heater - without removing the foil, place the loaf in a heater, cover the chemical insert with an appropriate amount of water

Thanks to its composition, the bread contains over 30% more fiber than wheat bread. Additionally, it is high in B vitamins, including niacin, and vitamin E.
