I haven't tested the underquilt yet, so I’m just sharing my thoughts after unpacking. Firstly, the price is very high. Comparing it with the price of materials online, making it yourself would be much cheaper. The underquilt itself resembles a stretched-out sleeping bag, so I don't understand why it costs so much. As for the workmanship – I’m surprised that the product often looks different than in the pictures. This is another such experience. There are different photos even in the listing. I noticed that Tigerwood modifies products within the same listing – e.g. the stitching style, sometimes the underquilt is sewn diagonally, other times the pictures show two vertical stitches, and mine has several longitudinal ones. The stitches seem rather weak, with light showing through in some places. The elastic bands could be thicker and attached more securely to the straps. I don’t understand why the straps are fastened on the sides and not lengthwise, which puts more strain on the seams. I hope I won't be disappointed after use. Equipment for the forest at this price should be properly made right from the start.

I used it when the temperature was slightly below zero and I didn’t feel any cold from below, as long as you properly adjust all possible spots. The comfort is much higher than when using a sleeping mat or a self-inflating pad.

Hello, the underquilt is very well made, all adjustments work flawlessly, the material seems durable. I slept for two nights at around 6 degrees Celsius and didn’t feel any cold from below. The cover is also suitable. I recommend it.

I highly recommend it, because it provides much better comfort than a sleeping mat or a mattress inserted inside the hammock. Very careful workmanship and excellent quality materials.
