A weight vest crafted for CrossFit workouts. Offers flexibility and comfort during use. Effortlessly and efficiently lets you enhance your exercises. Numerous Velcro panels allow for the attachment of various patches or emblems to the vest, such as a national flag or Morale Patches.

Constructed from dirt-resistant ballistic nylon with an Oxford 600D weave. Features a rubberized pocket on the front for storing your phone, wallet, keys, or other small essentials. Inside, the vest contains 10 soft 3D panels lined with micro mesh. These panels create ventilation channels that conform to the body, minimizing the risk of skin overheating during intense training.

Wearing the vest facilitates a gradual increase in endurance during functional training and the MURPH WOD in the men's division. The vest weighs 1.5 kg, and the set comes with two plates weighing 1.6 kg each. The maximum additional weight when the vest is worn is therefore 4.7 kg (10.36 lb).

Load plates can be placed into pockets on the front and rear panels of the vest. Each pocket has fasteners (straps and Velcro) that keep the inserts from slipping out during workouts.

Provides an excellent fit to the body and allows for a wide range of movement. Equipped with an adjustable Velcro strap, suiting most individuals. Its weight is evenly distributed, with padding on the shoulders, back, and chest, making the vest not just functional but also comfortable to wear.
