Tasmanian Tiger Plate Carrier QR LC IRR Tactical Vest - MultiCam

Plate Carrier tactical vest made of durable 500D Cordura, whose properties reduce visibility in night vision. Adapted to carry SAPI hard ballistic inserts measuring 30 x 25 cm.

The front and rear panels and the adjustable cummerbund are covered with laser-cut holes in the MOLLE/PALS standard, allowing for individual placement of pockets and pouches.

The front features a pocket for SAPI inserts with a sewn-on Velcro panel that allows for attaching patches and emblems.

The shoulders feature comfort pads with a spacer mesh for comfort and adequate ventilation. Additional straps and handles allow for organizing and routing cables.

The model is equipped with a quick release system based on ROC buckles and a built-in radio pocket.

The vest meets the requirements of German Bundeswehr standards TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281.

MultiCam, an advanced camouflage design, was created in 2002 by the US-based company Crye Precision in partnership with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as a component of the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to develop a flexible camouflage pattern that would be effective across different terrains and varying environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern incorporates seven colors, forming gradient transitions among green, brown, and beige shades. Consequently, it seamlessly adjusts to its surroundings, adopting green hues in forested settings or browns and beiges in desert landscapes. In Central and Eastern European settings, it is particularly effective during autumn and in dry vegetation areas. MultiCam has achieved global recognition and is utilized by numerous military forces and special units. In 2010, this camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army for soldiers deployed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also accessible to civilian consumers, making it a favored choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.
