This model is made from tough, abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura. The material has undergone an IRR treatment that meets TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281 standards (near-infrared invisibility: IRR 650 – 1250 nm / 10 – 42%).

Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.

LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
