Maybe too large pieces were used, because I once had smaller ones and they were much better, not dried out. It would have tasted better if there were more sauce – the portion was minimal. I only found 5 chanterelle mushrooms, even though the meat was supposed to be with chanterelles – that's a bit much. The price is definitely too high for such a dry and flavorless dish.
